LOLER INSPECTIONS

Inspecting a ceiling hoist and track

The lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) are a statutory requirement that places a duty on companies who own, operate, or have control of lifting equipment to ensure it is fit and safe for use. LOLER plays a vital role in ensuring equipment is properly maintained and that the risks associated with injuries are minimised.

Any patient lifting hoists as well as associated accessories like slings, must be tested every six months to ensure good working order and to prevent injury to the patient.

You will receive a thorough and detailed inspection, a comprehensive report and a LOLER certificate, this will give not only peace of mind knowing you are meeting your statutory obligations, but that experts are keeping a close eye on the condition of your equipment.
